What a mess

See attached picture. This is unacceptable. The box was not damaged which means it was put in the box this way.

Changed formula, now has alot more dust crumbles at end

Suddenly the formula has changed and we have alot more waste due to 30% turning to dust.We use this because it USED to have much less waste,now its the same as
