Does this shampoo help with dog dandruff?

Still has dandruff, but certainly seems to help cut the itch immensely, for my +16 yr old poodle... where nothing else has helped.... even her vet has run out of other options....

Will this help with severe ichthyosis? I've tried so many different shampoos and nothing seems to help and my goldens skin is worse than it's ever been :(

Helps!

My cocker has terrible allergies and this really helps the hot spots that she itches fur off on! I give her a bath once a week unless she’s having really bad scratching

This worked for my Shih-tzu who had a skin problem due to a wheat intolerance

Great for my seizure-prone dog

I have a 2 yr old cockapoo who started having seizures this year from every kind of flea and tick preventative I tried. We live in south Alabama where fleas run rampant. I ended up having to bathe him in Dawn to get rid of the fleas, but didn’t know how badly it would dry his skin out. He scratched himself raw, and ended up with several bald patches. His vet recommended this shampoo, and while it is a little pricey, it’s worth it. I read the reviews on it before I ordered it, and I wanted to say that it is important to THOROUGHLY wet the dog’s fur before applying shampoo to get it sudsy, and washing twice makes it MUCH more effective, so follow the directions, and it works really well!

This product came highly recommended. My dog has really bad skin during the summer months and fights hot spots. I'd prefer not to give him allergy pills if I can
