You give the impression that the flat bottom portion dimensions would be reduced by up to 8 inches if the bolsters are 4 inches on each side. Is XSmall flat portion only 6 inches wide w/bolsters? 14"LX6"W

The full dimensions for the Deluxe Bolster Crate Pads are: X-Small - 14 x 22 x 3.5 inches, Small - 20 x 25 x 3.5 inches, Medium - 21 x 31 x 4 inches, Large - 25 x 37 x 4 inches.
Are the sizes listed the dimensions on the inner rectangle, the outer rectangle, the entire pad flat, or of the inner rectangle plus the bolsters folded around?

The dimensions provided are for the inner rectangle plus the bolster folded around. Measurements are read as Length x Width x Height.

Slides around too much

I was excited to get this bolster bed for two of my dogs’ crates, but the bottom slides around too much so the bolster gets all messed up and folded over on itself. I try to realign it before they go into their crates but the bed just ends up getting all folded over again.

sizes wrong on the chart, but product is good!

even after reading the reviews, i thought i ordered the right size, but i did not lol. but chewy has great customer service as we all know, so i was able to reorder the size i needed. we have a 36" kennel and have the xl pad. as the reviews say, the bottom of the pad is quite thin- all the comfiness is in the padding on the rim. but since we are using the kennel for a plane ride, i'm adding an extra blanket in there as well, so it works just fine for us! our dog loves it (and our two year old does too ;))

Nice and soft

Great bed but if you want the bumpers order the next size up. This just fits the bottom of her large crate. I was hoping for bigger bumpers like in the picture. Next time. She is happy with her new bed and that is all that matters.

It’s plush but the large is more a medium per measurements so hopefully it works in their kennel as we have large dogs

Nice Product, Bad Specifications listed

This seems like a great product but the size specs listed were misleading. I measured our crate twice and ordered the next size up, thinking the bolsters would just go higher on the walls. But then it was still too small for the crate. Unfortunately it is going back.

Size chart is wrong!

The sizing chart in the images doesn't match the actual sizing. XS=S S=M M=L L=XL Just be aware!! Chewy immediately sent me the correct size though :) Props to their customer service team.
