About Kurgo Gear
Kurgo believes that your dog deserves to go everywhere you go, safely and comfortably. Way back in the early 2000s, before dog travel gear was a thing, Kurgo set out to solve a problem: how to keep the family dog from jumping in the front seat of the car. After lots of brainstorming and prototypes, their Backseat Barrier was born. Twenty plus years later, they’re still finding new ways for you and your dog to go together in confidence.
Fits well, with the armrest in the upright position. A little hard for my short arms to reach through and under the seat to snap the buckle, but managed to do it. Like that it covers the back of the seat as well as the front, and doesn't interfere with the swivel function of the seat (co-pilot seat in motorhome.) Could use a better eyelet/clasp mechanism to secure the sides to the rear flap - I have the clasps hooked into the holes, but the clasp is too small to truly go through the eyelet and close properly with the amount of fabric between the eyelet and the edge of the flap. But it's a minor concern - overall it's working well
I had one old ratty seat cover that fit perfectly and protected my leather seats from the ravages of the Little Monster. Then it died. I was sad. Imagine my surprise when I found an exact replacement at Chewy! I am happy. The Little Monster is happy. The end.
Transport for a rescue plus have multiple dogs of my own. Gone thru countless covers over the years . This is by far the best all around seat cover I have found. Win win
I loved this idea when I initially purchased the item but disappointed that the cover did not fit the seat in my newer model SUV. More than likely will be donating it.
I have a Sienna mini van and bought these covers for the back captain's chairs with the armrests up and they fit perfectly. Since they are such a nice fit I did not feel the need to fasten them under the seat, which allows me to remove them when I want to. I was worried the material would be too slippery but it is not a smooth finish there is some texture to it. I foster a lot of dogs and the fact they cover the whole seat front, back and fit so well it means less cleaning dog hair off everything. Has far as being waterproof, I have no doubt they can handle any wet dog.
this is a quality product that looks good, feels good, reasonably priced. I would recommend this product.
My car has bucket seats in the back every thing - I tried didn’t work, until I order these covers LOVE them
Love the seat cover my dog can enjoy being up front and no holes from her nails and easy to clean up hair getting one for my seat as well
bought this so my husbands dog could ride around with him. he is super picky about his seat and truck and this cover was perfect the fit is excellent and just what we were looking for to keep hair from getting on to the seat.
This works pretty well. If you're using it in a front seat. I have bucket seats in the 2nd row of my Tahoe, and there is no space below the seat between the seat and the floor, so the strap that is suppposed to go underneath the front and back of the seat to help it stay put, is just dangling. Also, my tahoe has arm rests and the arm rests have to be up, it can't go around them. Which is okay, but my dog likes it there to prevent him from falling into the isle lol. It gives him a more secure feeling I think and now he gets a little nervous bc it's not there. It was easy to put on the seat.
