This Comb is sized for toy and small breed dogs. It would not be suitable for a larger labradoodle.

Will this work for my miniature schnauzer? He is approximately 15 lbs. I am just worried because min. schnauzers have pretty thick hair.

Perfect size for small, delicate area

Joey's ears are hard to keep matt free. A regular size comb is to big and wide. This face comb is smalaa and I can use the wide side first, then get the really fine

indispensable

I use this comb each night to remove small mats or whatever that gets picked up by fur. I have a miniature schnauzer puppy, so not a lot of surface area to cover

I use this comb each night to remove small mats or whatever that gets picked up by fur. I have a miniature schnauzer puppy, so not a lot of surface area to cover. On a larger dog, this is the comb I have used to clear off gunk from around the inner eyes.

Hard to use around face and eyes

The double-sided comb makes it tricky to use around face and eyes on a small dog. I end up using a regular metal dog comb, or a special single-sided tear stain comb
