Lixit All Weather Guinea Pig Water Bottle, Clear, 16-oz

Bought two when they were on sale...exceptional price but both heavily leaked from first use so i removed as i was cleaning puddles and refilling multiple times daily. Love chewy but this product not so much.

Don't waste your money. Received this water bottle today, rinsed it out, filled it up, and replaced the old water bottle. Walked by the cage an hour later and the bottle was half empty and cage wet, had to replace the cage liner. Thought maybe I had just not secured the lid good enough. Filled it up again, put a small dish under the water bottle. Same results. Had to go dig the old bottle back out of the trash and put it back in their cage.

We have 2 guinea pigs that were way overdue for new water bottles because the last ones they had leaked. When I ordered these I was excited thinking I was not going to have that issue. First night I filled both bottles up, put them on their cages and then turned around to walk out of their room and I heard water. Water was flowing out of both of the bottles, not around the seal but as if there was nothing to stop it from coming out of the spickets? My husband figured out the problem, the ball l in both of them were malfunctioning so he shook them until the balls repositioned. They were stuck at the top, you could see them, they were just not at the bottom.
