Good value per pound but there is too much corn in the mix. Lyric states there are no fillers, which is true. But, in this case, corn is a filler, and we had to supplement the mix with safflower, thistle and sunflower chips.

Seed not good

The bag was full of webs from moths. When I opened the bag, a moth flew out. Hunks of seed are matted together due to the webs. This is the 2nd bag in a row that

A lot of millet!

So far it has only attracted a lot of mourning doves , 3-4 cardinals and a couple of blue jays. The doves spilled most of the food onto my patio area, but at least

So far it has only attracted a lot of mourning doves , 3-4 cardinals and a couple of blue jays. The doves spilled most of the food onto my patio area, but at least ,unlike the no waste food, and the incredible humidity in Miami, the current seeds did not cake up and begin to mold! I do have a large baffle covering the feeder, but given the weather here, I am rethinking appropriate feeding methods. Migration does not start until late September, and currently there are lots of insects and lots of berries on native trees in my yard so I will probably hold off on feeding until then. And go back to “No Waste” food

Worth the price to avoid weeds from fillers

This is an okay mix of premixed seed with a generous helping of black oil sunflower seeds, no red millet, and a small bit of corn. I douse it with extra sunflower

This is an okay mix of premixed seed with a generous helping of black oil sunflower seeds, no red millet, and a small bit of corn. I douse it with extra sunflower hearts and chopped nuts for extra oil and protein in the wintertime.
