Are these refillable?

This cat toy is not refillable. However, once the catnip/silvervine seems to have worn off or the cat loses interest they can sprinkle the plushie with catnip/silvervine to regain their attention.

They have no interest whatsoever.

My kitties love the sasquatch and tree catnip toys. Who thinks of these things? LOL! I only wish they were a bit larger. I may buy some loose catnip and put both
