Mad Dog Products Hands Free Dog Leash, Teal, 10-ft long, 3/8-in wide

The rainbow-colored hands-free dog leash is much more brightly colored than what I was expecting, essentially “high visibility” in neon-bright rainbow colors. Given the thinness of the rope, this hands-free leash isn’t suited for pullers, as there is no padding, so any yanking will feel unpleasant. My shiba inu isn’t a puller, but every so often on a walk he’ll catch a sniff and stop behind me, yanking me backwards when I’m not paying attention. My old leash had a bungee on it to absorb some of the impact, but this leash doesn’t have one, so it pulls taut. The leash didn’t come with instructions or a guide on how it can be used, but I was able to work out a few hands-free variations with three ways to use it (maybe more if you’re creative enough): 1. Around the waist, 2. A normal leash with a grab-/wrist-handle and 3. Over the shoulder, which is how I use it. It's got two clips on opposite ends with a sliding O-ring in the middle. The rope does seem fairly durable, but without really putting it through the wringer over time, it’s hard to really tell. It’s also fairly lightweight, so it doesn’t feel clunky or weighed down when held in my hand or worn over my shoulder.
