Apply to the ear canal and gently, but firmly, massage the base of the ear. Use a cotton ball to remove excess solution. Repeat as necessary or as directed by your veterinarian.

works but extremely faulty packaging!

i wish i could give this 5 stars… here’s the deal. the cleanser 100% works. it smells like apple too which is a plus. i bought for my doodle since she got an ear infection and the vet wanted to charge us $400 to treat it? so i opted for the cheaper option which is a cleanser recommended by a chewy vet, and it 100% made the infection go away + her itching/discomfort. the dog also has to shake their ears for all the product to hit the right places which she always does after i clean her ears. the DOWNSIDE of this product is that the entire bottle leaked twice. it’s an expensive product to just waste, so chewy did send me a replacement the first time. i was just shocked it leaked AGAIN! the cap breaks upon opening and you’re left with an unsterile open cleanser that you HAVE to store upright on a shelf. if it even tips a little it all comes poring out, it’s a very sensitive spout. other than that, it works!! chewy fix your packaging please

Malacetic Otic Cleanser for Healthy ears

I’ve been using this product for years on my spaniels’ ears on the recommendation of a vet friend. By using about every 2 weeks, our dogs have maintained healthy ears.
