We sometimes have fruitfly issues as we have two macaws. We have a metal grate at the bottom of their pens and fruit juice or pieces fall down there. We used to have to clean it daily, but even that wasn't enough and the fruitflies multiply fast! We sprinkle a little of this on the bottom of the cage and watch them die. Others flying around will go there and die too. It's highly recommended for chicken mites, both to use on them and in the coop, but we use diatomaceous earth in the coops monthly that we also get from Chewy, and that keeps them away. 10 years and never a mite! We've got this dust now though should we ever run into any.

Very disappointed with the lack of care taken by Chewy to package the items for shipping. Everything, including cases of cat food, was tossed into an overly large box without any padding. As you would expect, things got damaged (dented and loose cans; tear in insecticide dust pouch). What has happened to Chewy's standards for proper packaging?

We've had a plague of flies this year in Albuquerque. With all the heat and such. Those of us with animals have been overrun. And I clean my coop twice a day! Honestly

We've had a plague of flies this year in Albuquerque. With all the heat and such. Those of us with animals have been overrun. And I clean my coop twice a day! Honestly I only have six chickens so that's kind of easy to do. But the flies are still a plague and nothing was working. The fly bags were adding up to $60 a payday and I was running out before the next payday and it was a stinky horrid mess. They smell like death. I have some of those reusable vegetable bags, they're really super fine mesh so when I got this I put it in the bag and I just gently shake it around the yard down low. The reduction in flies lasts for several days, the reshake! You do have to redo it every 3 to 4 days or after a rain shower but it works really really good! No one's gotten sick, no one has shown any sign of distress. I truly believe it is safe. And it's very effective Didn't want to add a photo cuz who wants to look at a pile of dead flies?
