Hello I would like to know if this food is good for a kitty as small as 5 weeks of age ?

Most 5 week-olds can eat canned kitten food and usually they start on dry kitten food at 6 weeks.
What is the % dry matter magnesium, phosphorus and carbs? Also what is the as fed and dry matter % ash?

This product contains approximately 0.12% magnesium, 1.5% phosphorous, and 23.6% carbohydrates on a dry matter basis. The ash content is 7.5% on an as fed basis and 8.43% on a dry matter basis.
Approximately how large, volume wise, is the bag? We wanted to store the food in an airtight container but don’t know how big to get it.

Kitties Loved This Kibble

I have 6 cats, 2 are kittens. I keep a self feeder of kibble available at all times. My cats can be ungodly picky. Its a given that at least 1 will snub any particular brand but I have found that if I mix several brands in the feeder that all cats will happily eat it. When I get a new food I always put out a separate bowl to see if they like it or if there is any digestive issues before adding it to the feeder. This kitten variety was scarfed up on the test run.

Why is the whole line of merrick kitten foods and the all life stages gamebird? We've looked online and even called the company multiple times to find out when stores and chewy will be restocked. Are they don't making the perfect bistro kitten, the gamebird formula, and other dry kitten formula? Highly concerned about this

My boys love this

I have two kittens who love this food. One day, I was working in the dining room and they were in the kitchen. They were quiet at first, then I heard a noise. When I went to inspect, they were both on the counter with their heads in the bag! I guess that was their way of telling me they wanted some hard food!

My kitten is obsessed!!

My kitten has been a little picky with dry food lately so I saw this one and gave it a shot! To tell you that my kitten eats this food like if its her last meal! She absolutely loves it!!!!!

my cats LOVE them

As soon as I got this bag, all my cats went crazy for it! They sniffed and started chewing the bag to make an opening lol I usually mix with wet but my kittens eat them even if it was only dry!

I had hoped

I’ve been using Merrick small breed for my chihuahuas for approximately 6 years. When I adopted my rag doll kitten I bought Merrick wet and dry kitten. Initially I purchased the smaller cans and she seemed to like it just fine. Once I bought the larger cans she refuses to eat it. Now she won’t touch the dry food either. Not sure what’s changed. I’m pretty disappointed since I was always a huge fan of Merrick.

A good quality kitten food

My kittens have grown quite a lot since I got them a month ago. I have been feeding them this kibble, along with some others, and they are healthy, active boys with gleaning fur. They enjoy the taste of this as well and took to it immediately.
