How tall is the gate when installed?

This model is available in a height of 29 inches or 39 inches.

I understand the concept of the pressure mounts, but how does the top have pressure on it when you open the gate? What keeps it from being loose/floppy each time you open the gate to walk thru?

The pressure points on this gate are distributed through the bottom bar and the two, larger vertical bars. When gate is opened it will not alter the pressure points or cause the gate to become unstable.

Can this be used outside

This gate is designed for indoor use. While the majority of this gate is made of stainless steel, the mechanisms are able to rust if the gate is used outdoors in various weather conditions.

Are the bars on this gate also steel or are they wooden?

Absolute Piece of Sh!t

Horrible design. Poor instructions. Nothing was labeled. First time kids used it, it fell apart. The pressure mounts aren't actually screwed in. Who designs this

very difficult opening mechanism

In order to open the gate, you have to slide a very small piece of plastic to the side, while lifting up. It is physically very awkward and not easy to grip. The

It looks good & it’s high quality.

I have a large golden doodle & a senior rescue cat. He’s older & a little chubby, but he’s speedy. He runs out the door almost every time I walk my dog. This works

It keeps the dog in, and the cat can jump over to get to her food which is great. The latch is a bit more cumbersome than I expected, but I like that I can walk

We bought this to isolate the cat's litter box in the laundry from our little Amber, a mixed Chihuahua and Dachshund mix who loves getting into the cats litter for a treat. This gat is wonderful as it's the perfect height the cats can jump over, but Amber can't. The gate is easy to open so us humans can go in and out with ease. The gate is pressure fit and super strong. No fear of it popping out. Great investment.

Love it but there isn’t a point where it’ll stay open. I have another swinging gate but if you open it all the way it stays open. This one doesn’t do that. Kinda
