I was genuinely impressed by this stainless steel cat litter box. Compared to plastic ones, it doesn’t retain any odors at all and never gets scratched up by my cat. Cleaning is incredibly easy, just a quick rinse and it looks brand new again. The structure is sturdy and doesn’t tip over, even when my cat jumps in and out. The size is perfect for an adult cat, offering plenty of room so they don’t bump into the sides, which makes it much more comfortable for them to use. Although it’s pricier than regular plastic litter boxes, the durability and overall user experience make it absolutely worth it. This is definitely one of those pet products you won’t regret buying.

Easy to clean

This is hands down one of the best litter boxes I’ve owned. The design is incredibly well thought out, sturdy, spacious, and clearly made with both cats and humans

This is hands down one of the best litter boxes I’ve owned. The design is incredibly well thought out, sturdy, spacious, and clearly made with both cats and humans in mind. The high sides do an excellent job containing litter, which has dramatically reduced tracking and mess around the box. Cleaning is where this really shines. The removable components make it easy to scoop and maintain, and nothing feels flimsy or awkward to take apart. It’s also surprisingly sleek for a litter box and doesn’t feel like an eyesore in the space. My cat took to it immediately, and I’ve noticed far less litter on the floor compared to our previous box. If you’re tired of constantly sweeping and want something durable, functional, and well designed, this is absolutely worth it.

I really was looking forward to receiving this literbox for my heavy peeing IBS boy. I really wanted to switch to stainless over plastic. The box is very well made and easy to put together. Unfortunately due to the design it is so hard to scoop that we will have to replace it with a different box. It would be a great box for a dainty cat, but for our carzy heavy literbox use boy, its just not working out. Its impossible to scoop the entire front 1/4 of the box. I really wish Chewy still carried the Catit jumbo box.

After lots of shopping I ordered two of these for my cats. I love the stainless steel which should last forever rather than plastic that can lead to bacteria and microplastics. The litter box is well made and was very easy to put together. I love that it has a front and top entrance as my cats use both! Only downside which is to be expected is this thing is XL!! I did not think about this ahead of time- just thinking it would be roomy- it takes SO MUCH litter to fill up! Definitely take this into account. However it does fit the XL litter box liners well so is a breeze to clean

This litter box is amazing! It was extremely easy to put together and I didn't need the instructions, but the instructions are great! After it was put together--unboxed, unwrapped and pieced together--about 8 minutes total time, my cats checked it out slowly. They have all used it at least once and seemed satisfied. The litter doesn't get tracked all over, the top exit and the front exit catch the litter from their paws as they get out. I love the stainless steel, germs don't generally like stainless steel. The top can come off completely and the sides are high and guard the litter from being strewn about outside the box. I have kept the cover on as intended and the cats like going in and out the top and the front.

I’m really happy with this litter box. It’s very spacious, and my cat fits in comfortably without feeling cramped. The top entry design works great, most of the litter falls off my cat’s paws when they climb out, so the floor stays much cleaner. The material feels sturdy, the high sides prevent litter from flying everywhere, and it’s easy to clean. It also looks nice and comes with all the accessories you need. Overall, very satisfied and definitely recommend it, especially for cats that love to dig

Good idea, wish the top wasn’t open

My cat scratches the bottom of her litter box quite a bit, even when using liners. I was excited to see that the bottom was stainless steel since I figured cleaning would be easier and would stand up to the scratches longer than a plastic box. Set up was quick and easy. The instructions are straightforward. The lid felt secure on the pan even with the liners I used. My cat also tracks litter everywhere, so I like that there’s a vented step at the entrance of the litter box and another separate step in front to help reduce the amount on feet. My one complaint is that there’s no option to close or block half of the lid from the top, so it’s completely open in the back. My cat doesn’t use the optional door, so as of right now I have it sitting on top of the open part. The concept is good, but the lid/open part and no option to block it is definitely a drawback for me.

This is one well made litter box. The stainless steel pan at the bottom is thick, but still light in weight. It took me less than 3 minutes to put together with pieces that easily snap together. The other plastic pieces are very solid and well made. I love that the part the cats can stand on on the top of the box flip up for easy cleaning without having to remove the lid. The scooper and caddy on the side are an excellent feature!

Easy assembly, less litter scatter

This litterbox came in a surprisingly small box considering its size. Putting it together was super easy too, since there are only 7 items (if you include the scoop)

This litterbox came in a surprisingly small box considering its size. Putting it together was super easy too, since there are only 7 items (if you include the scoop). There are straightforward directions, which I looked at, but were actually barely needed. Because of its design, this box holds an entire bag of litter, without your cat kicking litter all over the room. My cat has 2 choices for entry, the hole at the top and the swinging door. He has used both, no problem. I should also mention that, despite the hole on top, smell is at a minimum. Scooping and cleaning can feel slightly awkward, especially if you’re upgrading from a sifter style litterbox. I flip the top up and do my best to work the scoop around. We use Dr. Elsey’s litter, which produces nice easily removed clumps to minimize the mess. All-in-all, this is a great option for anyone looking to upgrade.
