Switched all three dogs (Westie, Bully and Frenchie) to this food, hoping it would help with allergies (Chicken). After slowly switching them over and after months

Switched all three dogs (Westie, Bully and Frenchie) to this food, hoping it would help with allergies (Chicken). After slowly switching them over and after months of feeding, still had loose. They don't get any other treats or people food. Only thing we could think of was the pumpkin ingredient, which is supposed to help with loose stools.

Disappointing.

I was excited to try this formula after having availability issues with our previous food. We began a slow transition to ease gastric upset. The first bag arrived

I was excited to try this formula after having availability issues with our previous food. We began a slow transition to ease gastric upset. The first bag arrived mostly powder Chewy made good and sent a new bag free of charge. I did contact natural balance directly, they claim the food was fine & healthy to consume, claiming sometimes it can get crushed. The second bag was no different, 50% powder and worse it was making my dogs ill. After consulting with chewy, we discontinued using natural balance and saw asignificant difference immediately after another transition.

I have feed the normal lamb and brown rice version of this brand to my pup now for over a year. I loved them because they advertise single protein source. One of my dogs has a chicken allergy so that is very important. My other dog was recommended to be on probiotics so when I found this version I thought it would be perfect to get both my pups on it. Didn't read the ingredients because I trusted this company from their previous advertising. I was so confused when I got it home and read the ingredients. Why does this have chicken meal and chicken fat???

First off, Chewy’s customer service was amazing and they worked with me, but both bags of this food came half pulverized! It was like feeding my dogs sand/crumbs

Bottom of the barrel

Im thinking the 2 bags i got were from the bottom of the barrel. Every scoop is full of the crumbs that is usually settled at the bottom of the bag.

I love the food for my dog due to the simple ingredients, but the only thing I noticed with this brand is that it makes my dogs poop too soft, which makes it hard
