I bought this for my giant breed dog because it seemed economical. Then my vet asked how much EPA/DHA was in it. The number we got was so low, we thought we must have calculated something wrong. But a question answered on this page gave the same low numbers. I would have to give 266 pumps per day to give her recommended dosage! We switched to another brand that is a little more expensive, but he only needs ~2.5 tsp a day to get the 2000mg EPA/day that the doc recommends. After a couple days of the new product, my dog refuses his food with this product on it. lol

Won’t Eat

I bought this for multiple pets (dog, cats, ferrets), none of whom will eat this. And they will all gobble up other brands, so something wrong with this one.

If you have a dog that limps...ADD SALMON OIL TO THEIR DIET! Our adopted little girl started limping at an estimated age of 10, we tried varoous pills and the only thing that helped was pain pills. We started using salmon oil and she didn't limp for the next 2 years, at all. She's now creeping towards 13 and the limping has started again, but the salmon oil made it disappear for the previous 2 years.

Genuine ingredients.

Very natural ingredients with no added blah. Noticed less itchiness on our long haired shepherds and their coats are soo soft.

HIgh Quality Product

Pickles given 4 pumps twice/day and seems to make coat glossier and shed less. Omega fatty acids probable help too - but, of course, subjective.

She loves it

She devours her food now making getting her health benefits from Salmon oil much easier than feeding her chews that she plays with before eating.

Makes them eat whatever I put it on

If I am giving meds or anything else that they might not want to eat, I just squirt this stuff on there and it’s great! They eat it right up
