Nature's Diet Original Blend Beef Bone Broth Dry Dog & Cat Food Topping, 16-oz jar

My dog has recently been having tummy issues, so my vet recommended supporting him with more nutrients in his diet including bone broth. I love this because it is easy to use, and it won’t go bad right away and this has a lot of benefits. I like to mix it with warm water so it adds a little liquid onto his dry kibble, and he loves it.

I thought this would be a good idea for getting more liquids in our cats diet and we have 2 senior kitties with joint pain. It made all 6 of our cats have upset stomachs to where they were vomiting. The powder itself smells and looks like pure turmeric.

I've been feeding a bone broth powder for months now but was unable to find the one we previously used. I ordered the Nature's Diet Beef Bone Broth because the reviews were good. The first thing I noticed upon opening the container, was it did not have the beefy smell the last one had. It was ordered from another company. I can hardly open it to put the powder in the dogs' bowls because I think it has an distasteful smell. One of my dogs has barely eaten her food since the first time I put it on their food. The other one doesn't run to her bowl like before. That's all I have to go on is their actions and the distasteful smell.
