not pictured correctly on Website

The pictures on website did NOT show the bottom of the box which was NOT solid. The bird seed just falls through the metal grate that was provided (and not pictured)

The pictures on website did NOT show the bottom of the box which was NOT solid. The bird seed just falls through the metal grate that was provided (and not pictured). Bird seeds is smaller then the holes on bottom. If I had seen it pictured correctly, I would NOT have bought it. I tried to make it work putting a cardboard cut out under the black grate but I just lose most of my bird seed. see picture attached.

Unstable structure.

As much as I wanted to use this feeder it’s immediately became a disappointment. Suspension cables should be placed at each side of this square feeder not just on

As much as I wanted to use this feeder it’s immediately became a disappointment. Suspension cables should be placed at each side of this square feeder not just on two sides, which makes it very unstable. My birds cannot use it, and all the seed went on the ground. Not very well thought through physics-wise.

Very sturdy

The birds love it. Survived being tossed around the yard during 87mph straight-line winds so kudos to being well made. Can hold 4 suet blocks.
