I just started giving theses senior vitamins to my dog. I see in the nutritional value of this product " GRAPE SEED EXTRACT" Isn't this TOXIC to dogs! #VERY CONCERNING #TELLMETHISISNTSO.
Answer by ChewyOct 12, 2017
Grapeseed extract(GSE) is well tolerated in dogs because the seeds lack the toxic components found in the skin of grapes.

Do you outsource any of the ingredients?
Answer by ChewyApr 28, 2019
Most Nutri-Vet products are made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers. Nutri-Vet products are made to the highest standards of quality and consistency, and validated by independent testing.

Can this be used with other supplements such as Cosequin for joints and Senilife (brain supplement)?
Answer by ChewyJul 18, 2019
We recommend speaking to your veterinarian prior to mixing any supplements to ensure that they are suitable for your individual pet.

Do these contain any poultry in them? My dog is allergic.
Answer by ChewyJul 17, 2019
These chewables do not contain chicken.

Hard to chew for my dog

I have a Pomeranian and just gave her her first Nuti-vet vitamin. She has decent teeth and eats dry kibble but the vitamin was very hard and difficult to chew. I will need to crush it and add it to her food. Can't say yet if the product helps her. I will use for a month then review again.

Quality good, tab very hard

I have ordered before the soft senior vitamin chew for my minis but this time I ordered these thinking they might be a little soft. But the tab is very hard and I have to soak it in water before giving to them. For senior dogs teeth I found this tab to be too hard.

Easy to chew vitamin

I have been giving these to my aging Aussie Shepherd mix to help her with her stiff joints and give her the other essential vitamins she needs.

Waiting on results

Not seeing any betterments since taking. It’s almost been a month. Will use the whole bottle b/c I purchased it; haven’t seen any negatives with it. However, if no “improvements” of sorts likely wont’ purchase again. Was affordable was one good thing.

Hard as nails

Honestly, I even asked before I bought them. How do you expect a toothless dog to eat hard stuff?

My dog was eating dirt.

My dog was eating dirt so I did a little research and found out that something was missing in his diet. So I order Senior Vite Dog Chewables and started to give them to him. After a week on them he stopped eating the dirt. So I am so glad that I decided to do this.

Dog loves these vitamins

My dog has urinary disease with bladder control problem. I make her food because she won’t eat the prescription food the vet recommended. I put one of these vitamins in her bowl every day. Since I have been making her food, she is 100% better!

Advice to read discription

These vitamin pills are too hard for my small dog to chew. I have to crush them up before she can eat them. I'm disappointed, although they didn't claim they were soft chews. I should have bought the soft chew kind. I think it is still too early to see any signs of improvement of my dogs wellness yet.
