What is the height of the pan without the removable shield?

This litter pan is 2 1/4 inches tall where the animal jumps in, and 4 1/4 inches tall where the shield attaches.

Hello! I was wondering the max size of rabbit this would fit? I have a Rex/lop breed mix and a New Zealand, so I often have problems with things only being sized for dwarf breeds.

This litter pan is best for small rabbits. The litter pan measures 15.21 x 10.8 x 6.7 inches (length x width x height). The tray needs to be big enough for your rabbit to comfortably sit one end with enough room for a pile of hay the other (rabbits like to eat as they poop). If the tray is too small your rabbit may not use it or may go next to it.

Would this size work for ferrets?

Theodora was a runt of a litter, very small and handicapped with a severe eye problem, ultimately her eye had to be removed. The need for a litter box that had a short entrance was mandatory and this litter box was perfect. It gave her easy access and high enough sides to keep the litter inside. We both couldn’t be more happy with it.

I ordered this, not for a rabbit or ferret, I got it for a very special kitten, she has wobbly kitten syndrome & can’t balance on her own!!! A regular litter box wasn’t for her cuz she’d get dirty falling into her pee/poop & she HATED that, she needs something to lean on; she’s also not very capable of climbing over high sides so the low entry is phenomenal & this works great for her

Way too small for rabbits

Our 6 lb rabbit couldn't get in or out. Could not even turn around. This is probably better for animals that are small like hamsters or small guinea pigs.
