Description

Support the digestive health of your small pet with Oxbow Natural Science Papaya Support Digestive Health Small Animal Supplement. Digestive issues are not uncommon for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and other small furry friends, but have no fear because Oxbow is here! This chewable supplement is made with premium ingredients including papaya and pineapple. These two ingredients, are natural sources of active enzymes—papain and bromelain—which aid in the digestion of proteins. With the addition of timothy hay, this supplement is also high-fiber to further help your pal’s digestion. Simply, break the tablet in half to release the aroma and either conceal it in your pet’s food, or crush it up and sprinkle it right on top!

Key Benefits
  • Chewable formula contains active enzymes, papain and bromelain, sourced from papaya and pineapple to support digestive health.
  • Made with real pineapple and papaya so you can rest assured that your petite pet is getting the quality ingredients she deserves.
  • Timothy hay provides an excellent source of fiber to help support a healthy digestive system.
  • Contains ingredients that naturally model the foods herbivores would encounter in nature, and is perfect for chinchillas, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets.
  • Made in the USA and easy to give with your pet’s food.

    Picky eater!

By Manny on Apr 20, 2021

Mannheim (Manny) absolutely love these! My human slave breaks them into quarters because I gobble them down too fast. She says for the price, I should take time to savor them, whatever that means. I refuse to eat peppers of any color, cukes are disgusting and so far I have refused blueberries and tomatoes so she calls me a "picky eater".

    Just Not Interested

By BunnyMom on May 6, 2021

My 2 bunnies LOVE Oxbow's Digestive Support treats that come in the green bag. But for some unknown reason they both completely turned up their noses at these papaya digestive treats. They just weren't interested one bit in them.

    No luck here

By Ferret on Apr 14, 2021

I purchased these for my 3 chinchillas and 2 guinea pigs. Papaya is a good treat for chinchillas so I figure I would give it a try. Needless to say, this product was a bust for me as none of my animals liked them. I pitched them on day 3 of trying.

    Oxbow papaya support

By Annette on Apr 22, 2021

my rabbit doesn't seem to like papaya so I really can't rate this product as he doesn't eat them when I give them to him. He does however like the Oxbow Digestive support regular ones.

    Both My Bunnies Hated These.

By FussGus on Feb 5, 2021

My bunnies do not agree on anything -- except that they love treats. But not these. They beg for treats, but when I substituted this the immediately placed it back on the floor and wouldn't eat it. Do not recommend. A waste of money.
