So glad this litter came into our lives!! It’s truly wonderful and my cats love it as much as I do! NO dust and it’s really soft (one of my cats loves playing in it more than anything, it’s like a sandbox to him or something haha). It has a nice neutral smell, not overpowering like some litters. It also clumps sooooo well, making it easy to scoop. I gave some of this litter to my sister who also has cats and the first thing she said was “it’s so easy to scoop it, I don’t have to scrape my litterbox!”. After using clay-based litter for years, my cats immediately and easily adjusted to this and we’re loyal Paco and Pepper users from now on!! Definitely recommend giving it a try and I bet you won’t go back to your clay based litter! Also love supporting a female owned small business!!

I wanted SO much for this litter to work out! As others before me have confirmed, it gives off zero dust, which would have been a game changer. In contrast to some reviewers, I also thought the litter smelled fine. (I prefer the natural odor of the olive pits over artificial perfumy scents.) The problem began after a few days of use when my cat was clearly feeling unwell. We finally figured out that from grooming his paws he was ingesting a lot of the oily residue from the litter. He even looks and feels noticeably greasy! I’ve switched out the box back to our old dusty clumping litter (“99 percent dust free” equals a whole heck of a lot of dust!) and am hoping he’ll get back to feeling like himself ASAP. Has anyone else had this problem? This is a very fastidious self-grooming cat so perhaps for others it’d be less of an issue.

Litter without dust!

I do like this litter for a few reasons, no dust, it does clump the urine, I have a regular litter box, not a robot. So, the clumped urine does not sink to the bottom of the box at all it stays on top, and it does puddle sometimes if the cat does not cover it, but it does eventually absorb. I have never had issues with paste like some people have commented, and the clumped letter stays together pretty well, unlike clay that does really fall apart. I also like that the litterdoes not stick to the cats #2, it just dehydrates it pretty quickly. now, what I don’t like about it is the oily residue that my cat tracks onto my couch sometimes. Also, it does track onto the floor (like most litters do)overall I do like it better than most litters, so I do recommend.

I’ve tried a lot of different cat litters over the years, including clay, crystal, and several natural options, and none of them have measured up to this one. From the first use, I noticed better clumping, excellent odor control, and much less dust compared to anything I’ve used before. It keeps the litter box noticeably cleaner and requires far less maintenance overall. My cats adjusted to it immediately, and since switching, I haven’t felt the need to try anything else. This has easily become my go-to cat litter and I would highly recommend it to anyone still searching for the right one.

I’ve been using it for 3 days now, and I can’t wait to throw this out. Just awful! I was advertised this, and thought it was a cool idea initially. I’ve tried every type of litter possible, and this by far is my third least favorite litter. I’m very particular to smells and this smells worse overtime. It smells like olive oil, but stinky. Add some poop or pee to it, and it’s even worse. My cat doesn’t know how to cover her mess, so it just sits on top but with the added oil smell, just absolutely pungent. It tracks all over the floor, and I have a litter catcher. It still manages to get all over which makes it annoying to have to clean up. Not as bad as crystal, clay, and corn litter, but still tracks quite a lot. I can’t stand the smell of clay litter as it makes everything in your house start to smell like litter. This litter on the other hand emanates a faint unpleasant smell from the litter box into the existing space even when it’s clean. My favorite litter by far is tofu litter. I was trying to find something better than that, and this olive pit litter was such a disappointment. Going back to tofu litter and throwing this stuff out immediately once it arrives.

No dust but smells horrible

No dust - which is huge. Unfortunately while unscented, the litter itself smells horrible and adding urine or BM smells to that does not improve the situation. Also,

No dust - which is huge. Unfortunately while unscented, the litter itself smells horrible and adding urine or BM smells to that does not improve the situation. Also, only one of our 4 cats would use it. We didn’t seem to have any of the oil marks on our hardwoods that other people reported. Does track some but I’ve yet to find a litter that doesn’t to some extent. If the scent doesn’t bother you and your cats will use it, then it is a great dust-free alternative to clay but we will be continuing our search.

Use Paco & Pepper Olive Pit Litter - then go and LIVE.

what more is to say? Very pleased with P & P litter. Yes - more expensive than others but IMO it has outperformed other main-stream giants in the industry and is SAFE for your cats. NO DUST, very little if no tracking. great clumping - rivaling cement, Neutral scent. Doesn't clings to literbox sidewalls or floors like others. easy to scoop as the natural oils in the olive pit litter help tremendously - similar to corn litter - but this stuff is actually better. Happy Cats = Happy Cats' Mom.

I have 3 cats and I’ve tried more litters than I can count, especially something that was eco friendly and natural. I have both an automatic litter box and a regular box and this litter has outperformed almost every other brand I’ve tested. The no dust really is the best thing about this litter. I used to constantly have to clean up after them and this really makes things ten times easier. I think we will fully transition to this litter. My only wish is that there was a bigger multi cat option!
