I like that it’s ceramic and easy to clean. I wanted to replace my stainless steel one with ceramic. The downside is that you cannot see the water level unless you lift the top off. And when you lift the top off it is easy to spill. It’s just as noisy as the stainless steel one. My cat uses it though. But I am disappointed since it was pricier than the stainless steel.

Very Pretty No So Practical

This is a beautiful cat fountain no doubt, it looks great on a low shelf in our bedroom. When filled properly it has little to no sound, and what you can hear is quite low and soothing like a spa background. It's relatively easy to clean and put together although I'm not a fan of the curved spigot part as I have 3 cats and it's just more work to clean with the brush, and the brush it comes with isn't long enough to get a good clean. Also, all the white parts are ceramic and the plate is a break waiting to happen for me! I almost dropped it in the wrong way a few times already and thought I cracked it. I love the look, may be a better fit for just one calm cat.

Quiet and my cat loves~

My sweet Romeo has had some urinary issues so I've invested in a nice, heavy fountain (he broke the last one that had plastic parts) and I can't recommend it enough!

Wish the filter tray was not plastic but the fountain doesn’t get grimy too quick thanks to the limited plastic and holds quite a bit of water. Works consistently

Wish the filter tray was not plastic but the fountain doesn’t get grimy too quick thanks to the limited plastic and holds quite a bit of water. Works consistently so far and the cats loved it once they got used to it. My only real complaint is that it could really use a glass viewing area so you can see the water level. Present setup has no way to do so and as such you have to guess when to fill it or the pump accidentally runs dry.

The fountain is a good height for my two cats. I like it has the water moving, makes it so it doesn't get cloudy and it has a quiet motor . I like that it is ceramic, it is heavy but it makes it harder for the cats to knock it over. But that also makes it easier to be broken if someone moves it for any reason and I don't like that it needs to be pluged in. I understand that it needs to be so it can run but hard to find a spot to put it for my cats and have it plugged in.

There's a lot to love about this ceramic fountain. The design is beautiful and will fit into any home decor. It's quiet and unobtrusive. I'm not sure how they do

There's a lot to love about this ceramic fountain. The design is beautiful and will fit into any home decor. It's quiet and unobtrusive. I'm not sure how they do it but the water stays nice and cool, and because it is circulating it is fresh as well. A blue light underneath the basic shows around the rim of it so pets can find the fountain even in the dark. Our dogs, who are just slobs with bowls of water, didn't make any mess at all with this fountain. The minimal assembly is super simple. It also holds a lot of water (9+ cups) so you don't have to fill it often. What's not to like?!

I was so excited to receive this ceramic serenity fountain for my cat. I’ve had a plastic one for about a year and was looking to replace it. It worked fine, but it was hard to clean and very noisy. This fountain is very stylish and sleek. I really like the blue neon light that glows inside. The material is easy to clean. And the fountain is very quiet. I would highly recommend it.

I really like this. It's heavy and cannot be tipped over. I have 7 dogs, and they are all drinking out of it with ease. It's nice not to have to constantly fill

I really like this. It's heavy and cannot be tipped over. I have 7 dogs, and they are all drinking out of it with ease. It's nice not to have to constantly fill bowls all day. This product is for cats and dogs. The only thing I would like to see different, hence the 4 stars, is that the bowl area would be a little bit deeper. Other than that it's great. The filters are not expensive either.
