We were disappointed with the amount of Milo in the mix. It didn’t look like there was that much (in the picture). There isn’t as much as in bags in grocery stores, though. Fortunately with all the snow, seed is getting eaten more, but not all the Milo. We don’t have ducks coming in our yard, no water nearby for them, or it would get eaten much faster. Service is very good, very pleased.

I expected more out of the name brand wild bird food. I tried switching over to this brand. Purchased one bag on a deal and finally got around to using it in this cold snap we are having. My local wildlife is refusing eat it. I am disappointed it has lots of corn. Corn isnt good for birds in the winter. I'll have to doordash my normal bird seeds tomorrow. Wish this birdseed had worked out because I liked the fast delivery.

I ordered 3 -40 lb bags of seed. The label said TOP OF STEPS ONLY and Fed Ex repeatedly leaves it closer to the street and nowhere near the steps. I am 82 years old and not able to move these bags - FedEx is not a good shipper for Chewy - My neighbors feel the same way I may need to find someone who uses another company to ship

Wild Birds and the Wife loved the cost on something we oftenn picked up at the local store , but this was a good deal for sure. One thing that has always made me weary ordering from Chewy is that in using Fed -EX for the carrier , and we given the responsibilty of contacting Fed-EX our orders like heavy bags of Pigeon Food are dropped of near our mail box. We have a side gate , as we live on a corner lot. If not right there when the bags of feed are delivered it makes for one LONG walk with a wheel barrow up the the steep street around to another uphill walk to finally make it to the side gate- The Side Gate being only a few feet from the feed storage room. Even if we were not in our late 70's it's a lot of strain -hard work !

Pennington Classic Wild Bird Seed is an affordable choice for our backyard birds. The Classic Wild Bird Seed blend contains Milo, White Proso Millet, Wheat, and Black Oil Sunflower seeds. There is no cracked corn in this blend. Our backyard birds most attracted to this wild bird seed are Chickadees, Cardinals, Doves, Nuthatches, Grosbeaks, Titmice, Sparrows, Blue Jays and Woodpeckers. We purchased the 40-pound bags to reduce the unit price, per pound. I did not buy the 20 lb. bags which is much more expensive by pound.

Pennington has another winner in their line up. I switched from another brand to give this selection of seeds a try. The results are positive as multiple types of birds enjoy eating this every day. The cost is reasonable and your wild bird friends will respond quickly.
