good design for not letting rain into can. lid-lift-lever works well.

Not good: the perforation on the green liner bags doesnt tear, so we had to use scissors to release the full bag and then open the next green bag to line the can

Flimsy and cheap

It used to be when you paid a little extra for something, it meant quality. Not so with this garbage can. It's thin and very light. The bottom is a very cheap plastic

The only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5 is because it is difficult to tear the perforation

bags are attached and tear away and leave a clean bag.
