If you don't see any fleas, how often should you give a tablet for prevention?

A single dose will be sufficient. If your pet gets re-infested with fleas, you can safely give another dose as often as once per day.

How long is a single dose effective? Does it only kill the fleas on the dog, but is it not a preventative pill?

This flea treatment is intended to only kill adult fleas and can be used daily, as needed to help treat an existing flea infestation. Additional treatments may be required as existing flea larvae emerge into adults. A monthly flea preventive is recommended for long-term prevention.

I found out about this product on line, and decided to give it a try. It actually worked, within a few hours the fleas were gone and no more scratching! The first few weeks I had to give it to my pets every 2 or 3 days. Now only as needed!

Made them sick

On the day of a trip to the groomer or the vet, our girl gets one to make sure she’s not transporting any unwanted guests to our providers or back home after her visits. It can be used in conjunction with a topical too. Works like a champ for 24 hrs with never a side effect for our Labrador.

I bought two of the 6 packs and it didn't even help one of my dogs that I was trying it on. Didn't kill any or stop any new ones as a daily dose.

Works fast and well!

But he started itching, chewing, whining, until he had chewed his tail raw, and we realized it wasnt allergies,it was fleas. Bought this, and in 2 doses, the fleas were gone. It was quick, fast, easy. Love it, definitely recommend.

This totally work

My girl within an hour usually stops scratching and can rest easy for about three days on each pill. Only thing is if the had this in a form where she would chew

My girl within an hour usually stops scratching and can rest easy for about three days on each pill. Only thing is if the had this in a form where she would chew it up as she is a bugger to get this pill in her. Other then that 100 percent during summer months I get a 6 pill every month. They are 20 bucks less then the vet brand and that is great for me ..I do support and recommend this product.
