I lost the instructions but my car will be 16 in 5 days can you please help me

Answer by ChewyAug 13, 2019
You will need 1/3 cup of water, 1 dry mix and 1 tablespoon canned chicken (optional). You must first spray pan with non-stick coating. Then mix all ingredients & stir until well blended.Pour entire mix into pan. Microwave on high for 2 minutes & 30 seconds. Allow cake to cool for 20 minutes before you make the frosting and decorate the cake. For a complete instructions, click on the 'Instructions' tab, next to the 'Feeding Instructions' tab, just under the product photos.

The photo on your package has decorated icing. How was this red and blue color achieved?

Answer by ChewyAug 19, 2019
Food coloring, whether it is liquid or gel, is fine to add to your dog treat frosting. However, we highly recommend using a natural food coloring, when possible.

can this mold be used in the oven?

Answer by ChewyJul 07, 2020
This mold is intended to be used in the microwave.

how many servings do you get with the 6.6 oz bag? When does it expire?

Answer by ChewyAug 19, 2019
This kit makes 3 fish shaped treats, measuring about 4 x 1.5 x 1 inches. Our goods are always at least 3 months from expiring. In general, the shelf life is a year from the date of purchase. Every item is shipped with a “Best By Date” sticker. However, if you keep the mix stored in a cool, dry environment, they will last much longer.

Perfect molds

Didn’t use the cake mix as I saw some reviews about kitties not liking it much. But the mold was perfect so I shredded some boiled chicken and added an egg- voila,

My boy loved it on his 1st bday, and seemed to like the frosting as well :) we decorated with a bit of dried salmon and dry food as well

Easy to bake, but cat didn’t like it

My cat was obsessed with it while I was mixing everything together. Once it was all baked my cat DID NOT like it (with or without icing)

It was a cute idea

They loved the icing but they just aren't into this kind of food even if it was their birthday. It was easy to make

Fun to make but he didnt eat it

I really enjoyed making him these little cakes: the directions were clear and easy to follow, there wasnt lots of prep or clean up, and it didnt stink up the microwave!

I really enjoyed making him these little cakes: the directions were clear and easy to follow, there wasnt lots of prep or clean up, and it didnt stink up the microwave! Sadly, he didnt enjoy eating them. Between him and my other cat, they nibbled about a third to a half (about one cake worth, but I had divided them up) and then ignored it. My cats are pretty finicky, though.

You need more ingredients

You need canned pumpkin to makes these cakes which is fine if you have that on hand, which I did not. I couldn't find any at my grocery store so I still haven't

Meh-tray is cool though

He barely sniffed it. I even tried adding catnip to the batter and the frosting. I tried squishing his favorite chicken flavored tube sauce on it. The instructions

He barely sniffed it. I even tried adding catnip to the batter and the frosting. I tried squishing his favorite chicken flavored tube sauce on it. The instructions state that you need to add a scoop of punkin, but it is not included I used a chicken tube from Ark Naturals instead, and there are no decoration icing tubes in the container. It was a cute idea, but I’ll have to make my own batter and try again!

Final Birthday

Got these as a treat for Jacques but he showed no interest in them. He has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Cats Didn’t Enjoy

We baked these for our kitten’s first birthday and they didn’t enjoy them. One lick and they walked away. Churu was the preferred birthday treat.
