Loud but good
At first my cat was a little afraid of how loud it was, but he got used to it finally. It has been a month and he isn’t fully engaging with it, but my Mojo always takes a lot of time to warm up to electronic toys. He currently is interested in watching it work from a short distance and sometimes creeps up closer. It definitely peaks his interest, and if you’re a working cat parent like me that has the single cat guilt thing going on, you can relate to just being happy that your lonely cat has something to actively watch when you get home while you get your home life together and then make time to play with your adorable feline.
It’s a hit!
This is the best interactive toy I’ve tried so far. I love how no screwdriver was needed and it came with batteries. Cats really like it. I wish you could set it to run longer than 8 minutes as my cats would like to watch it all day long. However I’m hoping they will soon learn how to turn it on themselves (the button is on top and they learned how to do that with other toys from watching me turn it on).
We'll see how long this lasts
My cat is extremely picky with toys. I waste so much money on things she wont play with, but this actually got her attention. I use it as kitty TV now when I need to get something done and she's restless. That said, she has recently started to get a little bored of it. Hopefully it's one of those things that can be reintroduced later. Satisfied overall.
Not For Cats Who Play Rough
My cat loves this toy, but had the feathers off the first day of play. He is able to catch the wand in his mouth and shake it around. He also can wrap his paws around it and toss it about a foot or so! This morning the button to turn it on and off is missing! He is still obsessed with playing with it but not sure how safe it is now.
Great customer service
I recently purchased a different interactive toy that unfortunately wasn’t the best. But thanks to Chewy’s amazing customer service, not only was I fully refunded for the previous purchase, they even gave several recommendations on interactive toys that might work better for my cat. This product was one of them and it did not disappoint! It’s great to have different speed settings to make sure your cat is going to engage with the toy and not get overly frustrated that it isn’t going slow or fast enough for their liking. I also appreciate that it will turn off automatically to help conserve the battery so the toy lasts longer for my pet to enjoy. The vested interest that this company takes in delivery quality service for our pets really amazes me and I will always recommend other pet parents support Chewy!
Cats enjoyed it when it worked correctly
The kittens enjoyed playing with it, but it now makes the sound like the arm/feather is coming out, but it's not half the time. I'm not sure if there's something wrong inside that keeps the arm from coming out or what. When nothing happens for a while, the cats get bored and walk away.
Kitties love this
Not long ago I adopted 2 kitties from an awful hoarding situation. They have done very well and yes I have spoiled them. They have a huge box of toys (something they never had) but this is their favorite by far! It has several speeds and comes with an extra feather. I also ordered the additional 3 pack of feathers. They lay and roll all around trying to catch the feathers as they pop out different holes. I definitely recommend this for any cat any age.
Four months in and still fun
At first I thought my cat wasn't interested in this toy, since she'd just flop down and stare at it. Turns out flopping down and staring at it is her favorite activity in the entire world. Now she constantly sits next to it and wails until someone turns it on for her. My only complaint is that I wish I could make it run for longer than 8 minutes at a time, so that I could keep her occupied when I'm stuck in long meetings or phone calls.
Perfusion Ambush Interactive Electronic Cat Toy
Both of my right month old kittens are very intrigued by this toy. I think my one cat likes it a little more than my other one. It is every entertaining toy and I like that it doesn't need fixed every minute and it's not real loud. The only thing I find disappointing is it only stays on for eight minutes at a time because my cats have been playing with it most of the day.
HIS ABSOLUTE FAVORITE
My cat Floyd absolutely went crazy train for this particular toy! I buy my cat alot of interactive toys because he's an only child, and I don't like it when he becomes bored and starts moping around. All you cat owners with one cat know what i'm talking about. So I try to keep him occupied and having fun while exercising, but when I brought this into the home, he has NOT stopped playing with it! I've already had to change out his feather and batteries. He loves it. I will buy him another one if this one dies. But another great thing is that this PetFusion toy came a one-year warranty!!!!
