Does it not automatically repeat the meal cycle after a 24 hour period? After all the meals are "documented " as given and erased from the screen, the only way I have figured to reset it, is to reprogram everything - clock time and all, every night. That's tedious and not what I was expecting.

This little feeder is as good as my Oneisall double automatic feeder at reliably feeding my cat while being an impenetrable fortress against my cat’s attempts to free feed. I like its stylish good looks and ease of use. I also liked that when we had a power outage it was able to remember the settings and continue its programming when the power came back even though I did not install the batteries. Super happy with my purchase.

My cat (11 lbs) knocked this thing over twice in an attempt to extract food from it. The food bowl doesn't really attach to the tower, and so, even after I put the tower inside of a wooden box, he inadvertently detached the bowl when he attempted to open the tower. So much of the phone app (which is how you configure this device) is geared toward selling the user on subscribing to Peligro's pet care service. Why would I reward you by subscribing to your service when you've designed a sub-par product?

Makes life easier, but not without problems

Our cat is unable to monitor his own food intake and would and does eat himself sick, so it is great to have an easy way to give him multiple small meals a day. And this makes it so that we can leave him overnight without a pet sitter. Which is no small thing. It's great. However, the red light to indicate low food quit working in the first week. The inner seal on the lid comes loose all the time. It does not keep accurate time and is now a few minutes off. Overall, none of this is a big deal on its own, and it still seems worth it to check the food level more often and tighten the lid over feeding him 3x/day, but it would still be nice if it worked better.

Stopped working this week

I purchased this item in May of 2025, and this week it has stopped working. You can hear a sound like something is going to happen but it will not dispense food

This feeder is junk.

I bought this to feed my barn cats over long weekends when we're away and have continued to try to use it into this winter. It's never operated more than 3 days

I bought this to feed my barn cats over long weekends when we're away and have continued to try to use it into this winter. It's never operated more than 3 days in a row without an error that shuts it down. I can't fill it completely or it shuts down. I can't fill it half way because it shuts down. Sometimes I can reset it by cycling it. Other times I have to dump it and fill it. I bought this because Chewy recommended it. I won't pay any attention to Chewy recommendations anymore. This unit is going in the trash.

We have 3 feeders and by the end of the month they’ll develop a 3+ minute gap between them - a huge issue when you’re trying to keep cats from fighting. This would be fine in a one cat household but is terrible for mine.
