Stuck using these poorly-made filters by Petlibro

Every time I get low on these filters I mumble a string of swear words under my breath knowing I’ve got to buy more. Each filter is differently sized, not one has

Every time I get low on these filters I mumble a string of swear words under my breath knowing I’ve got to buy more. Each filter is differently sized, not one has ever slipped into place. I have to take out the scissors and carefully trim each side hoping it’ll fit and the holes will line up to allow water to flow. It’s so tedious and on top of that the smaller black filters you have to place near the motor are always cut too small, often floating to the top of the fountain. Why haven’t I gotten rid of it? Because I cannot for the life of me find another fountain my cat will drink out of.

This is a great way to keep stock on hand for the fountain. My cat loves her automatic fountain and with the sound of running water it draws her to it so she always gets her daily amount of water and then some. And I like that I don’t have to fill a dish daily. Makes life easier for sure. Well worth the cost for these supplies and the fountain itself.

Unfortunately I didn't keep the box this fountain came in, or I'd return it. It leaks. A lot. I was having to fill it every other day because so much water ended up under the base. I don't even understand HOW it's leaking! Also, you can't tell when the water is getting low unless you're right in front of it and happen to see the low water icon. Skip this fountain and get one with a window to monitor the water levels. Also an all-stainless fountain would be better than the plastic reservoir.

The main filter is fine, although it’s clearly a much lower quality filter than the Petlibro filters. But the black sponge filter does not fit properly. It’s not big enough and ends up dislodging itself, floating in the water. I won’t buy these from anywhere other than Petlibro’s website ever again.

At some point the little charcoal filters changed size and they no longer fit properly in the Dockstream 2. So i have to cut one up and add a little sliver to make

At some point the little charcoal filters changed size and they no longer fit properly in the Dockstream 2. So i have to cut one up and add a little sliver to make it fit right, which means im using those up faster than the larger white filters. Extremely annoying.

Fountain has to be plugged in to run continuously. If on battery only runs when a pet approaches and this works, eh, ok. Works very well when plugged in.

Used to love the filters

I have bought these replacement filters for awhile now and I just received my new order and the filters do not fit. I cleaned my whole fountain and went to change

I have bought these replacement filters for awhile now and I just received my new order and the filters do not fit. I cleaned my whole fountain and went to change the filters and found they do not fit I tried to use the new one and it would keep floating to the top I had to put the old one in so I could use the fountain. (The left filter is the new one the right is the old one.)
