DON'T GET THIS FOR MEDIUM OR LARGE DOGS
The description says that it can hold up to 120 lbs and one of the pictures has a large dog by the stairs; however, this is really just deceptive marketing. Let me start with the actual ramp. It is WAY too too narrow for any medium (and above) dog. I have a medium sized 55 lb. dog and it wobbled like crazy when he came up. I didn't even have my 90 lb. dog try to get up it. The little landing on the top, and I mean LITTLE, is tiny for any dog other than small ones. Notice that in the videos a small white dog is shown using this ramp...that's because dogs bigger than that should probably not be using it.
Moving on to quality of the ramp. The wood is a good sturdy material, HOWEVER, after putting the legs on, the horizontal leg brace holes did not match up to the holes on the legs....at all. I mean, there was a good 2 inch difference. I removed the legs and tried to screw them further out (hoping that I had screwed up...no pun intended) but when I tried the leg brace again, the holes were still off! I pushed and pulled and managed to get the leg brace to screw to the legs...but I probably shouldn't have wasted the effort since it didn't work for my dogs...(facepalm).
Petsafe is usually a good company for dog products, but this ramp just doesn't meet their standards. Also, they NEED to update the description, stating that it should only be used for dogs up to 40 lbs.
Petsafe: Make this ramp about a foot wider, make the landing about double the size, and there needs to be 2 leg braces, one for the front of the legs and one for the back. Then you'll have a good ramp for larger dogs.
Peace.
Good Solution
Easy to assemble. Now our 14-year old dog is independent w/this new ramp. Now he doesn't need our assistance, as he was not happy w/us lifting him on the bed daily - he's old & in pain. He has no problem going up/down the ramp.

Cumbersome
This is cumbersome to put together. Extremely vague directions with parts not labeled. Also, it’s nearly longer than the bed itself making it take up a ton of space. the product itself is nice and sturdy but the space it takes up and makes it hard to feel like this purchase was worth the money if your dog can barely maneuver around it.

My dogs like it - Needs anti-skid pads for feet
BUY ANTI-SKID PADS for the feet of the ramp. the ramp slides, your dog falls/feels unsafe, they won't use it. First ramp I kept. Not too steep, easy to assemble, sturdy, simple design. Miniature Schnauzer/English Bulldog and Chihuahua/Pitbull 40 Lbs.
Love this ramp
This ramp is great! I have a smallish dog (17 pounds) who was used to going up stairs to get to the bed, but going down the stairs was too scary, so he would just jump. He uses the ramp going up & down! He likes to sleep under it sometimes & he also likes to sit on the flat part on the top of the ramp, so it's kind of multi-purpose! This is the first furniture that I have ever put together. It took me about an hour, but I got it done & it seems very sturdy.
Generally Impressed
I bought this ramp since my small older dog was limping. I should have purchased this many years ago since small dogs should not jump off a bed, which may injure their knee joints. The ramp box was damaged fairly severely when it arrived, but the ramp itself was amazingly not damaged and was relatively easy to assemble. After assembly, I watched a YouTube video with instructions on teaching a dog to use it and realized you should start by laying it flat on the floor first to allow the dog to become acquainted with the new item. Instead, I kept it assembled and just played with my dog close to the ramp to allow him to sniff it and acclimate. I threw his toys around too to make him comfortable. He slipped on the 3 pads that came on the ramp, so I covered the pads with towels all the way up. Pretty soon he was exploring the ramp without me saying a word. I put training treats going up the ramp and he gingerly and bravely traveled upward to get each one. Once he got to the top, I clapped and said 'good boy'. He fairly easily came down using the treats and within 24 hours, was maneuvering the ramp easily. The ramp is secure against my king-sized bed. After a week now, he acts as if it's been there his entire life. I would recommend this product and wish I had purchased it sooner.

CozyUp dog ramp is not good for large dogs
This isn't built well for a large dog. I have a 67 pound Doberman who is almost 12 years old. Bad joints, arthritis. The carpet is way to slippery, she just slides down. I'm going to try and nail on rubber grips over it. Also, the ramp isn't wide enough, I'm hoping to create a railing of some sort for the sides. Probably works well for small or medium dogs, but not for large dogs.
Dog Ramp Review
CozyUp Ramp was easy to assemble and as advertised. It was easy to train our dog to use the ramp to get up on the bed.
Disappointed
For an expensive product , this was a total disappointment. First off, it had to be constructed, and the screws and washers were just loose in the bottom of the box. Going online , I finally found the instructions (not included in the box), and there was supposed to be a hex wrench and a regular wrench included. Neither one was there. I don’t own a hex wrench , so I have to go buy one now. What a piece of junk.

Best purchase ever!
This has helped my 8 year old morkie so much. It fits sideways along the foot of our king bed. She was starting to struggle with using her stairs we had got her but this she uses with ease. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
