Great replacement item

Great item and price. My cats and dog love their fountain but because of my hard water, the pumps need occasional replacement, even with frequent cleaning. It's great to be able to buy affordable replacement parts.

No Light Included!

This model of fountain has a nightlight that is attached to the pump. The replacement pump does not have the light....

Replacement Pump

My pump on the cat water fountain I bought from Chewy several years ago stopped working. I couldn't find it on the web site so I called Customer Service for assistance. As usual, the person who answered the phone was professional and friendly and able to order the pump for me. After cleaning the fountain I refilled it and plugged in the pump which worked as it should.

Exactly what I needed for my cat’s water fountain. I have 5 cats and I’ve had this water fountain for 3 years and it’s the first time I’ve had to replace the motor. I put this one in and it’s working as good as new.

Works but very noisy

I got this Drinkwell pump to replace the original, weakening pump in the cats water fountain. While it does work, it is extremely noisy. The grinding sound it make pretty much ensures it has some internal defect and won't last very long.

Perfect fit

We didn’t need it after all. My husband cleaned the old one and it started working again. However, we will keep it because we will definitely need it in the future. I think the old one is on its last leg. We have used the drinkwell fountain for 19 years now. Our Hermione loves the waterfall for drinking.
