Does the top securely attach to the box or does it just sit on top

The privacy hood can be attached to the litter box. The hood will feature pegs on the bottom that can be aligned with the holes on top of the litter box frame.

Less crystal’s outside of the box

So happy I got this. My cat is new to this semi robotic box and doesn’t like when it evens out the crystals after use. He jumps in a messes it up again. With this

With this lid, I have less crystals all over my living room from him messing up the evenness of the liter. Very glad this was purchased. Also got the mat for underneath and no regrets.

Good cover but doesnt stay in place

This is fine, acceptable. It doesn't stay fully in place and sometimes the litter box automated raking lid gets stuck open on it. I'm not sure if it will be good

Fit perfectly!

I needed this cover to keep the dogs from stealing 'snacks'. It fits and works perfectly. Not I can turn the litter box toward the wall and the dogs don't have access

This product does not fit the litter box as advertise. I had to tape it on top of the litter box in order for it to stay just to keep my cat from scratching all

I was worried that I had to buy a new litter box and found that they had this and it’s wonderful and keeps the odors down Only down side not recommended for bigger

Disappointing!

The top cover doesn’t allow the cover to the dirty litter to stay down after the auto sweep mechanism cleans the box, which makes the entry area smaller.

Doesn’t fit all litter boxes. I have a series of different “generations” of Petsafe litter boxes and it won’t fit every box , but it really does help keep the litter
