I'm upset
These started out amazing! But now not only have they went up in price, they put less litter in each bag! For a little while now the urine seeps down on the side where my cat urinates and it's sopping wet with pee when I have to change it. I can't go back to regular litter boxes as I'm disabled and can't clean them well. I'm thinking of changing to something else though. I used to recommend this product to everyone but not anymore.
Works perfect!
These trays work perfectly for my cat. She is a four-year old Balinese Chocolate point and thinks she is just as fancy as her name implies! Ha!! She is spoiled too! But, these trays are easy to manage and easy to change out, and I have MS which doesn't make things easier. So, if you're considering an automated litter box, I prefer this one for it's affordability and product reliability. P.S. If the litter is drying to your kitty's feetsies, rub olive oil on he/she feets. Just a little is all he/she needs.

only last 1 week
I am so upset with these things, one they are supposed to last a month and be excellent at smell reduction.... well the only way this will last a month is if your cat only uses the restroom once a day and hardly ever eats or drinks anything. I am so upset with these. I spent so much money on the unit then these trays and it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to keep changing these trays weekly. I am also a disabled vet who now has 1 million little blue crystals all over my house, it's like I have 50 grandchildren here leaving their miniature leggos all over the floor...

Works Well
I got this as a first time cat mom for a 6month adopted kitten. This box and litter was recommended by a friend. I started with the unit left unplugged to allow my little dude to get used to it, unfortunately for him he had diarrhea and so it got used a lot the first few days! The odor is nearly invisible, and that is saying a lot for his stinky diarrhea poops. It seems to do well raking the stool into the compartment. There was stool on the sides and back from his diarrhea and it was very easy to wipe clean (I used clorox wipe and the smell didn't seem to both my kitten). Very little tracking, and he is a long-haired cat, overall satisfied. It is more expensive but I am willing to pay that price to not have to scoop the litter box daily! I think this keeps the area nice and clean for him so he has had no problems using it. I took off one star for the high price and also due to some tracking of the litter/not always spreads the litter evenly.
isn’t what I expected
I personally do not like this product. It’s still messy and smells and does not sweep poop out of litter. I ended up buying another litter box cause I don’t have plugs everywhere and force to put it near my table. After attempting this for 3 weeks I realized I rather use my old litter box cause it’s still an inconvenient.
The smell, though
The convenience of auto-scooping is nice. Unfortunately, this litter (and litter box) does anything for the smell. I would almost say it amplifies it. It’s a shame to have spent so much on something so displeasing.
Scoopfree review
I have noticed that scoop free is not putting the same amount of cat litter in their disposable litter trays. I have multiple cats and the tray is not lasting near as long. Very disappointed
Arrived on time in perfect condition. My problem now is that kitty refuses to use it. She was an adult cat when i got her and just dont think she understands.
3 pack ScoopFree Litter
I was very disappointed with my last order. All of the boxes came unmarked and started to deteriorate within one week. I usually change the box at 60 uses but now I can only get 30 due to deteriorated box. VERY DISAPPOINTED....
Wanted to like this, however...
After seeing a lot of good reviews about the crystal litter, I decided to give it a try. We have two cats, and after doing a litter box change, and cleaning the litter box, (no cleaning products used, I only use dawn dish soap to clean the litter box), I then poured a bag of the PetSafe crystal litter in the litter box. We have two cats, and two litter boxes. One litter box has the tofu/litter. When I poured the brand new bag of crystal litter into the other litter box, our female cat got in and used it just fine. Our male cat got in two separate times and after, he was weezing with his tounge out a little bit. That kind of freaked me out a little. Even though crystal litter is supposed to be non toxic, there's something in it that is obviously causing him to have an allergic reaction. It might work good for other cats, but not for our guy. Watch your cat(s), if you have never gotten crystal litter before, watch and see how they react after getting out of the box. Maybe it's just my cat. But just monitor your kitties just to be on the safe side. Anyway, I won't be using crystal litter anymore. I hope it works for your kitties!
I'm tossing out this crystal litter, and will back to using tofu litter.
