Does this spray work with the older screw top dispenser?

The 2nd Generation refill cans work with the original spray head. To do this, the plastic tip on the refill spray can will need to be removed.

Only kinda worked

Bought to keep cats off counters and table. We triggered it more than they did and they quickly learned to avoid it/became unbothered. First can ran out really quickly

Bought to keep cats off counters and table. We triggered it more than they did and they quickly learned to avoid it/became unbothered. First can ran out really quickly. What really worked was temporarily putting the cat tree in the kitchen so they had a better lookout spot than the counter

Works great but doesn’t last long

We have an indoor cat, but a ton of neighborhood cats that climb on our porch furniture to get to her. These have been great to keep them off the porch. Be sure

My only complaint is that the cans of air /propellant doesn’t last long when you leave outside. And replacing is very expensive.

Effective cat training device, but annoying and expensive

First, it's pretty expensive, so I had high expectations. Second, within a few days of placement on the dining room table, it effectively trained both cats to stay

First, it's pretty expensive, so I had high expectations. Second, within a few days of placement on the dining room table, it effectively trained both cats to stay off, so it is worth it! The biggest downside (in addition to $15 for a can of compressed air), is that it needs to be pointed away from human motion. We set off at least 50% of the can just by walking past the sensor, even at 8-10 feet away. I finally fixed this by pointing the sensor and spray away from any human activity so only the cats' jumping on the table would trigger it. I'm not sure how I'll use it to get the cats to stay off the counter top? Maybe we'll use sticky pads for that?

My cat can open doors! I put SSscat below the handle to my bedroom door at night (when he runs around and wakes me). He probably got a quick spray once. Now, he avoids it and, when I open the door in the morning, he slinks way off to the other side of the entrance and rushes past it. It would be great on counters and by furniture. Seems cruel at first but I honestly think he only got sprayed once and learned fast!
