This laser rotates 360 degrees around the room, and the laser can be pointed as high as the ceiling.

The batteries are not rechargeable. This toy requires three alkaline AA batteries (sold separately).

Does this laser also come on by itself or does it just turn off automatically?

To turn this toy on, press the On/Off button once and watch the fun begin. The Zoom automatically shuts off after 15 minutes to prevent cats from being over-stimulated and to keep the thrill of the chase fresh.

The Zoom features two Class IIIa lasers with a 5 mW max power output for a safe play experience. Do not aim the laser light directly or indirectly into eyes of pets or persons.

Double Lasers for Double Fun

I have two cats and this thing has two lasers, so now instead of fighting over one laser they can each have their own. It was quite a bit bigger than I had thought

I have two cats and this thing has two lasers, so now instead of fighting over one laser they can each have their own. It was quite a bit bigger than I had thought it would be and I wish it was smaller, but not an issue really. I don't like that it is batteries only and doesn't have a way to plug it like many other laser toys do. I should've read the details more closely, but oh well.

Holds his attention but not super well

It only rotates in 1ish directions and it's pretty predictable so most of the time our cat will just lay in 1 spot and wait for the dots to rotate back to him. It

Low quality

Within 24 hours it stopped working. Also, it was very loud when it was working, so it was not something I would have kept had it not broken..

Its a hit but squeaks

Cats beg for it to be turned on. The light is so much brighter and bigger than other lasers so they love it. It goes a little slower too so its better for my kittens

This toy was such a cool concept but wow what a knocker! Can’t think with this mechanical whir drumming in my brain! Cats were scared of it. Cool laser but it’s a heck no!!! we won’t go near it. Really wanted the Serene Life Octagon laser toy, but it was out of stock so we tried this. Hope they upgrade laser robot to a quieter version.

Had this before and it needed a replacement

It broke after the 3rd use. Weak beam and doesnt rotate. And new battery's were tried 3 times.

Doesnt intrigue my cat at all

My cat loves laser toys and this one didn’t do it for her or my dog. It doesn’t have a wide range for the laser and they were more interested in the noise the product

It doesn’t have a wide range for the laser and they were more interested in the noise the product made when turning on its own than the actual laser. It also would shine directly in her eyes when passing which isn’t good for their eyes!

Sofia is not very interested in it. I wish the laser would have different degrees of the beam. For instance shooting the beam on and off would be interesting
