My cats would not eat this food - they're not particularly picky but this was a hard no. I sprinkled some good treats on it and they ate half of it, but then puked it up. I used to feed my cats the Primal Raw and they loved it, but I'm trying to get away from frozen raw since a different brand made my cats violently ill. I thought freeze dried would be a safer option. Not this one.

My Maine Coon kitten was eating my dog's raw freeze dried food so I thought I would get a cat version for her. She couldn't eat it. She tried, a lot. There were half chewed pieces all around the dish. The chunks are too large and are a weird texture. She loves the Rawble Duck freeze dried dog food. I'll give her that and give this one to the dog I guess. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Especially for the ridiculous price.

I was excited to try this food, but none of my three cats would eat it! I offered it to my son's cat who will eat just about anything and she, too, refused. Thankfully, Chewy's return policy is excellent and they refunded me without issue. I will donate it to our shelter and hopefully someone will enjoy it!

Too large for Persian kittens mouth

The pieces were too big for my Persian kittens mouth. He had a very difficult time to eat them and he wound up eating the other dry food and leaving the Primal pieces

Harder than I anticipated.

My cats couldn’t figure out how to eat them. They are hard, but disintegrate like chalk when broken. Both boy cats will eat them. The girls will not.

It’s no substitute for salmon.

One cat eats it and the other cat sometimes eats a little if you mix it in a container with Dried salmon and let the smells mingle.

Easy to use

My cats live the raw freeze dried. I put a little broth or water over it and it disappears!

Cat recommends and kitties love it!

Our vet recommended freeze dried raw, but my kittens are still growing so it's important for them to have access to some dry food all the time. I love this raw
