Not picky eater approved

I love the Purina brand for my large dogs and they love it too! But ... small dogs are just too picky and mine dislikes this food. She did try to eat it at first,

I love the Purina brand for my large dogs and they love it too! But ... small dogs are just too picky and mine dislikes this food. She did try to eat it at first, but, the bits are a little too big for her. We watered it down to make it easier to eat and she started to turn her nose at it. She is less then 10 lbs. We switched to Solid Gold, the pieces are much smaller, perfect for her tiny self. So far, the only thing she is willing to eat. She gobbles her food now. Purina is great, just not for very small picky eaters.

No response - loyal customers - issue!

We received this bag and tried to call customer services 4 times and cannot get to the right “people” to get a refund! Bag was open food was stale / extra hard and

Bag was open food was stale / extra hard and there was moisture on the bottom of box as well. To spend this much on a bag you had to trash. No one answers or replies to anything. We are auto ship customers who are regulars! Just some simple customer service help would be GREAT!!!!

Larger kibble was proving to be difficult for my little 6 pound chihuahua and I was having to moisten his food with water and let it soak a few minutes every meal. I knew that wasn't a good long-term solution, so I searched for a smaller bites version of food from Purina One Smartblend. I'm so glad to have found this option and he loves it as much as the larger bites, but is so much easier for him to chew. Plus the price wasn't outlandish. So, both of us are happy!
