new formula has my dog sick
I have been feeding the shredded chicken and rice to my dogs for a few years now. Suddenly, one dog won’t eat it and the other vomits it up immediately. He also has had very loose stool, almost diarrhea. After a little research I found out that there has been a change in the formula. That explains it. Beware!!!
Give It to Sadie; She'll Eat Anything
Sadie really likes it, but she isn't a picky eater. I don't think we will re-order this particular food since it is for seniors and Sadie is a young dog. Also, since it is a senior chow, it is more expensive. It was what the Chewy rep recommended after her usual food was recalled.
Recommended by my vet and it has helped keep my dogs at healthy weights. It provides them with the needed nutrition and they always get good grades from my vet for heath, food being a big part of that. It has always arrived fresh and my dogs eat it without hesitation.
Good food
My Rottweiler turned seven this year and wanted to find him a food for his senior years to help his body keep up with his puppy spirit. He already loves Purina, so switching to their senior blend was a no brainer.
Max loves this food
I just recently changed Max's food since he is becoming a senior dog, I wanted to keep him with the same brand. Since the first bowl, he continues to eat all of it and seems to want seconds.
GREAT UNTIL
My dogs loved this food however the last 2 bags has had worms and what looks like moths in them. I’m trying the Pro Plan for sensitive skin and stomachs.

Works well
This food was recommended to me for our dog by a representative of Purina. It works well for my senior dog. He gobbles it up!
We use to get our food from the pet stores which was frustrating as they hardly ever had in stock. So we tried Chewy and were sold. Never have a problem with things being available and we always get the next day.

I have a sweet little old man dog. He’s 16 and he’s eaten the same food for years. Local stores don’t have any of the smaller bags in stock. He weighs 10 pounds so I don’t want a 60 pound bag of dog food. Chewy to the rescue! Smaller bag, great price, fast and free delivery!
