Somethings not right. Purina pro plan adult +7
I ordered 2 / 12 packs of this with an additional order. This time the canned product was different. My dog goes up to eat and she sniffs and walks away. Only till I won't give her anything else, late in the day she may eat it. Sometimes only dry food in a different bowl. I wonder if something is wrong or happened to the canned food before it was delivered? Its mushy and has juice separated from food like never before? I doubt ever buying this or even using chewy anymore.
Top eating can food for my hound
Was using grocery food cans to supplement my pups dry food and she’d never eat it all. Tried lowering portion as well but as soon as I stated using pro canned food, her bowel is emptied morning and night. Says a lot!
Good but not for us
I have been trying to find canned food suitable for my 3 senior terriers. This worked for 2, but the oldest couldn’t handle it. Seemed to be a bit ‘oily’ and upset his tummy. However, it was fine for the others so I can’t blame the food. Not for us, but I still would recommend giving it a try.
She loves it!
My German Shepard is a bit picky. And her tummy is a bit finicky. I changed her to ProPlan chicken/rice and beef/rice. No enticing her to eat. She goes directly to the bowl and finishes every drop. Her tummy issues have not returned. My vet always recommends giving chicken and rice to a dog with digestive distress. This meal plan works!
Highly Recommend
I swear I have the fussiest Shitzu Bichon in Michigan! This dog food has finally fit the bill for her finicky tastes. She loves it! No begging, no coaxing her to make her eat, she loves this Purina pro senior chicken and rice formula.
My older dogs love it!
I have 5 dogs and 2 older. A 14 yr old bulldog mix and a 7 yr old pekingese pomeranian mix. Sometimes they would get funny about eating, until we got this. Now, no problems!!
Pro plan dog food
My nine year old bulldog mix loves this dog food. He has stopped licking his paws and has more puppy like energy. This food is on auto ship and was delivered yesterday. The reason for the three stars is because all but two cans were badly dented. I don’t believe it happened during shipping because the shipping box was very much intact. Not sure why Chewy would ship damaged product but they did. Very disappointed.
Dogs eat it up
I switched from Farmer’s Dog food to Purina Pro Plan for my aging dogs. They are actually eating their dinner now. The cost is reasonable considering the economy these days. I recommend this food.
A Big Hit - My Dog LOVES It
A flat of 12 cans were delivered in just a couple days. My new dog absolutely LOVES it. He's a 10-year old senior dog and this is the first time he's been given food designed for seniors. This brand was highly recommended to me by a Vet Tech who buys it for her dog too, and she swears by the benefits her dog receives from it. I'm so happy to be able to buy this through Chewy.com.
My little old man loves this!
I have a 17 year old shitsu and he loves this new dog food. He has been eating another brand for ever, but due to his age my vet had me switch to something he could tolerate better. He is extremely picky about his food so I did not know if this would work . But he loves it and he is tolerating it just fine.. :)
