Eats it but....

We give this to our girl just to give her her meds....she won't eat it from her dish, but will take it from a spoon! So she's not crazy about it, but will eat

Purina pro plan puppy classic chicken

Our puppy did well on this. She loved it and her stools were always normal, much better than other can food that costs at least the same if not more.

Great Substitute

I purchased this food as a replacement from previous brand and my 4 month old puppy loves her new chow. There was not big adjustment in her diet.

Affordable, but meh

All of the cabs arrived debited although there were "case lot" boxes in the bow with the cans so it appears chewy at least tried on their part to get them delivered

Other than that purina is truly a less than ideal food, but it's what our foster puppy was on so we're just buying it until we transition him to a better food.

Dented cans

I’ve purchased cases of wet pet food from Chewy awhile now. While I’m mostly satisfied with my purchases, I have a complaint about the canned puppy food and canned

I’ve purchased cases of wet pet food from Chewy awhile now. While I’m mostly satisfied with my purchases, I have a complaint about the canned puppy food and canned adult dog food. A few months ago, I received a case of one the types of canned food which had a number of dented cans. The same happened on another subsequent order. The first time (that I noticed) I thought they probably were handled too roughly. The second time I noted the dented cans weren’t on the outside (perimeter) so they couldn’t have been dented after put in the case box. This last order had more than half the cans dented. I hadn’t worried much about it until this case when opened one of the cans last night and it didn’t make the same sound the cans usually make. My thoughts went to my dog getting sick this week. This can of food smelled ok but I know if that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have any bacteria in it from a broken seal. My dog got sick early in the week and was seen by our vet, but nothing showed up in the tests other than Stella’s labs associated with diarrhea and vomiting, her vet said. I won’t be opening any more dented cans to be on the safe side. I photographed the cans left in the case, both opened and closed. I no longer have the older dented cans because I didn’t think to do that. I will order another case today and hopefully they won’t be dented. If they are, I’ll have to discontinue using chewy. I won’t use any of the dented ones in this last case that I have pics of, so please advise me if you want them sent back for credit, or if the pics are enough. Thank you
