3 cats say NO!
I went from Hill's s/d to c/d to Royal Canin. s/d had worked for a long time, but the kitty that needed it was puking on it daily. c/d worked ok, but still puking and not real interested in eating it. Royal Canin urinary they inhaled, lots of litter scooping and still, puking. This, they barely made a dent in and my kitty that needed urinary care was becoming skinny and gaunt because she wasn't eating. I'd put a bowl out for 3 of them and maybe 20% got eaten in a day, when they had been eating a bowl of the Royan Canin urinary. I opened a new continaer of Purina Sensitive Skin and Stomach yesterday and 2 of them immediately started eating. So this is a 'no' and Purina Sensitive Skin and Stomach, which has chicken and turkey as 2 of the first ingredients and **no fish or fish oil**, which has known sensitivities to many cats - that food is a yes.
Both of my cats love this
I fed this to both of my cats, one elderly and the other younger. The younger one didn’t need it but assured it would be fine for her. I added water to soften for my older cat because he had few teeth and mixed it with ProPlan UTI canned food. Both cats scarfed it up. They are not finicky.
I mix the urinary track cat food and it works great
I have a cat with a urinary track issues. However my cat's won't eat this food by itself but if I mix it with food my cats really like my cat's will eat it without a problem. I stopped using the food and my cats urinary track issues came back so it really works !
TOTALLY AWESOME! GOD BLESS CHEWY!
Everyone I talk to there is so helpful and kind, so refreshing. Your fast service is second to none! I sing your praises when ever asked. You have helped me so much; I'm 76 and so is my best buddy Mattie. I truly thank you so much, so easy, so grateful.
Not sure if I received a bad bag or not. New food for us. The food is sticky and greasy to the touch. The pieces get stuck to your hands and even stick together in the bowl. I'm afraid to give to the kitties in case there is something wrong with it! Anyone feed their kitty this? Is this how it is supposed to be? Feedback please!!
I had to switch my cats from Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach to Pro Plan Urinary care. My cats loved the sensitive stomach type but hated the Urinary Care. Not 1 of my 8 cats would eat it. They've never refused a food like this before. I'm sure it is decent food, I just wish my cats would eat it. (They actually started eating the dogs food instead!) $66 down the drain.
My cat loves the dry food I chose for her. I am also pleased with your willingness to provide a solution for the pate that she didn't like. Our Animal Shelter was pleased with the donation. Thank you so much.
No, Mom, we don’t like it
I was disappointed that none of my seven cats would eat the Purina Urinary Health dry food. It is the same flavor of chicken and rice that they love in the Purina Pro Plan dry food. Only one of the seven cats has bladder issues that necessitates the urinary diet, but my vet said since none of the others are kittens, it would be fine for all of them. However, none of them would eat it.
won’t touch this
I have 4 cats, 2 are seniors. I have a 3-compartment dish I use for dry food. I thought this would be a good option, especially for the senior cats. None of them will eat it. I’ve even tried mixing in the food they like with it, but that doesn’t really work either. Even if it is the only choice left, they will not eat it. I will donate it and try something else.
My cats did not like this
I bought this because my usual Iams urinary was out of stock. My 3 orange tabbies would not eat it. Gave it to a friends daughter that has 13 cats!
