The vets are always thrilled with his weight, his stools are always pretty good, and he loved the taste more than the other pro plan formulas we’ve tried.

My dog is a “career change” dog from Leader Dogs for the Blind. He just wanted to be a dog so they honored his wishes! In 2017, After 14 hour brain surgery & having to relearn how to walk/talk & eat, I was so grateful. I lost use of my left hand, but I got my life back. All that I felt was missing was having my own dog, and missing my late father who passed in 2015 from complications of the rare hereditary disease I have. He paved the way for me to get healthy and would have loved Ikon! Anyway, I knew I needed an already “good good boy,” somewhat trained .. & preferably handsome. Workout use of my left hand, he sits still & is patient as I clip his collar with my right hand & chin. Leader Dogs for the Blind in Rochester, Michigan spoke incredibly highly of your team, your products, and his specific brand of dog food. I have had to interact with your team a few times (due to errors on my side of things), and am always left feeling in awe of how personable everyone is with top-notch customer service skills. My issues have always been resolved, as you go above & beyond, & I am very grateful you exist! Thanks, Chewy!! P. S. No specific product picture, but here is a pic of Ikon. He says he woofs you & have a great day.

But they are Springers, so they will eat anything. Poop looks fine. I've fed Proplan since 2001. I wanted something a bit less dense than 30/20 for my older dogs

Poor delivery (recurring problem)

Strike two with FedEx delivery in wrong place. There is no reason a 76 year old disabled Veteran should have to carry a 37pound of dog food from the street 150’

Strike two with FedEx delivery in wrong place. There is no reason a 76 year old disabled Veteran should have to carry a 37pound of dog food from the street 150’ + to the front porch. Not the first time this has happened (and I brought it to your attention then). If you can’t find another shipper or convince FedEx to do the job right, I’ll have to find another source for my pet needs. I would have carried it a shorter distance if I had gone to my local big box pet store and carried it from the store to the car and from the car into the house. What makes it worse, there is plenty of room for a delivery truck to pull up to my front door, then turn around to leave (doesn’t have to back out into the street). Sorry, love getting pet food and supples from you, but can’t keep hurting my back because you can’t find a reliable shipper. The next time this happens will, unfortunately, be the last time I shop at Chewy.com
