Damaged
I have ordered these before and no problem and this time one of them fell apart at the seam, so I was rather disappointed, and I’m not sure how I can fix it. So do you have a solution?
no carrying bag?
Honestly I was sold when I saw it folded up neatly in a carrying bag but it doesn’t actually come with one? Nothing is mentioned in the manual and there wasn’t one included.

Playpen for pets
We have four senior dogs weighing between 6 and 11 lbs. They all fit comfortably and have room to move around...when not sleeping. The pen is easy to fold and unfold and has a strap to hold it together. It might need a shoulder strap, but carrying it by the metal frame is doable.
My dog chewed threw it
My mini dachshund chewed threw this in 2 days. I suggest getting a metal playpen if your dog is a chewer

Awesome pet protector!
This playpen is just what you need if you have a new little fur baby. My Trixie ( a 2 lb chihuahua,) doesn't go in all the time, but when guest come over its so much safer for her not to get stepped on! I can take her and it anywhere ,its light weight and wont blow away outside . I love this product, just need to find a cover for the sunny days. I would buy again and I would recommend it to others!
