does it work on cat litter rubber mats? I have cleaned mine but can't get smell out
The product suggests letting sit at least an hour (or more) for extended stains. Can the soiled surface air dry completely? Or do you still recommend removing the moisture with a towel or other.

Firstly, remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel. For surface stains, allow to stand 5-10 minutes, then wipe with a cloth. For odor problems, use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad. Remove sprayer and pour directly. Allow to stand 1 hour. Then, absorb as much of the remaining liquid as possible. For surface stains, allow area to air dry. or deep odor problems, fold a towel several times and lay over treated area. Place a weighted object on top of the towel. This will wick the residual liquid out of the carpet pad. Once dried, vacuum and inspect treated area.
Will this work on cement floors

This product can be used on cement floors. We recommend placing a little water and plastic on top after spraying the stained area to keep it wet and allow the enzymes to work.
When this product cleans and no odor, is it also cleared when viewed under black light ?

The Stain & Odor Eliminator's biological ingredients on fresh urine can sometimes give off a false positive under the black light. That means that the beneficial bacteria, when active, will glow under the black light. As time passes and the urine is consumed, the bacteria go dormant and are vacuumed; the glow will fade. However, if the urine dried, the glow can’t be removed. Urine and other bodily fluids fluoresce under UV light for multiple reasons - the most important to us is they contain phosphorus. (There are also proteins, among other things, that will glow and change the fluorescence color) Since phosphorus is an insoluble mineral, it can be left behind even after using this Stain & Odor Eliminator. However, it is inert and harmless, so its presence will have no impact.
