Coming around!
By Carolina on Feb 9, 2021
Following the vets advice, I’m switching my Budgie over to pellet food. I first, mixed them with her seeds. After tasting it, she slid to the other end of her perch, and would not return to her dish. I had to give her seeds that evening. After 3 days of this, I decided to put the pellets in my Ninja, and ground them to powder and small pieces. (The pellets are long). I tried wetting it, and giving them to her, with seeds (in a mush). She ate very little. The next day, I gave her 2 tablespoons of seeds, and poured the powder and small pellets on top ( no water this time). I then, shook the dish to mix it up. She tried picking the seeds out, but couldn't eat them without eating the powder too. Following the vets advice, I’m switching my Budgie over to pellet food. I first, mixed them with her seeds. I chose this brand and Lafeber pellets, because of reviews I read about how nutritious they both are. I think this is going to work! … more

It's Eh... Wouldn't but again
By megan388 on Mar 2, 2021
I bought this for my parakeets and the pieces are way too long for their beaks. They prefer to also pop open seeds and small circular food VS this. I am giving the bag away locally because they will not eat it.

Birds love this food
By AlexC on Dec 2, 2020
I have six birds (2 lovebirds and 4 Green Cheek Conures), they all love this food. it is a bit on the expensive side, but it's definitely the healthier route for them and I'm willing to pay more for them to be healthy. This bag didn't last me long at all so I no longer buy it in such small qualities, as I was buying 2 bags a month. For the first time last month, I bought this in bulk (25lbs) so hopefully, that will last me a bit. I would definitely recommend this food for anyone wanting to buy healthy pellets for their birds. The size mini is good for my birds, if you have birds with the ability to hold their food you can try getting the size up as that's the size my Conures prefer. Parakeet food
By Frosty on Feb 19, 2021
I bought this for my parakeet. Well the pellets are too big for the parakeet. So I bought Finch food. Is way better. But for the lovebirds and the cockatiels it's great.

AMAZING FOOD
By Brayden on Nov 20, 2020
This bird food brand is affordable and very good in nutrients. If your bird does not like fresh fruits or veggies this is good so mix in little bits of veggies into or by itself. I still recommend giving your bird fresh greens but this will do just fine if your bird is very fussy. It is not a brand that is hard to find like premium online bought ones. I can get this at my local store and it is perfect size to last a month or two. Overall an amazing first food or standard for your bird

Great healthy food for a good price that the birds love, mess free! Both the conure and the parakeets love it. No spent seed shells!

Quality food, great price, fast delivery

I always buy my pet food and supplies from Chewy. You can't beat their prices and fast delivery. I don't think I'll ever step foot in a pet store again.

Love At First Sight
By Catherine on Nov 8, 2020
I got two baby lovebirds a few months ago, and they were on all seed diets. I didn't even have to transition them to pellets! They loved it immediately! It was probably because of their young age that they took to it so fast, but they still go crazy for it every morning. They're on a pellet and chop based diet now, and they're really happy and healthy.

My bird's favorite food.
By Peteysmom on Dec 26, 2020
Roudybush is the only food he doesn't drop on the floor of his cage. I've tried other foods and this is the one he loves.
