Great and healthy dry food!

We were feeding our pom Blue Buffalo and whenever we would go to the vet they would warn us about Blue Buffalo, saying they had recalls and recommended us feeding

We were feeding our pom Blue Buffalo and whenever we would go to the vet they would warn us about Blue Buffalo, saying they had recalls and recommended us feeding him ROYAL CANIN instead. I looked into it and they did have several recalls but I thought they had fixed the problem. Turns out they did not! My poor pom's liver was getting damaged bad. At first we didn't know what was causing his liver issue until I remember our vet mentioning the recalls blue buffalo have had. We stopped feeding him Blue Buffalo and switched to ROYAL CANIN instead. He instantly fell in love with it and his liver recovered and is doing so much better now! We have not had an issue with his liver and we have been feeding him ROYAL CANIN for a few years now. I highly recommend it for your pom.

This is the best dog food on the market! I’ve noticed such a change in my dogs since they have been on it. Poms typically have “sore days” with lux patella’s (very common). My dogs have NOT had any sore days since being on this food. They are also more energetic and a healthier weight. I feel like they are getting just the right amount of vitamins to stay healthy. They also love the taste. All around great!

Smelly

The smell is awful. My dog took one sniff and walked away. She refused to eat. I tried to add the same brand wet food thinking it would mask the odor, but honestly

She’s like a pup again!

I decided to switch Roxy to her breed specific food since she is aging. Right away her energy picked up, other people noticed also. While she is blind and deaf now, she is pretty active, doing her “prance dance” when she wants a treat. I would recommend Royal Canin breed specific food based on my experience.
