What is difference between this and 12 yr plus spayed and neutered? Is phosphorous and protein same?

This 7+ variety and the Royal Canin Aging Spayed/Neutered 12+ Dry Cat Food is fairly similar however, they do have some differences. This 7+ variety contains 27% Protein and 0.49% Phosphorus, the 12+ variety contains 28% Protein and 0.48% Phosphorus. Very disappointed in fulfillment of order.

My one cat has advanced renal failure and is on this special vet diet of which I have vet authorization on file with Chewy. It was Sunday and I was due to run out

My one cat has advanced renal failure and is on this special vet diet of which I have vet authorization on file with Chewy. It was Sunday and I was due to run out in 2 days as I had miscalculated my backup bag. I called in my order Sunday and was informed that it should be there tuesday, if not wednesday latest. Wednesday I still didn't receive the bag. So I called thursday again and was informed they hadn't even sent it out yet. I spent over 3 hours on phone calls with Chewy. Tried to speak to managers. I put a formal complaint in of which I received no reply to. I am looking now for alternative choices than using Chewy. Their company and customer service was great for years. But this was unacceptable - the way I was treated with this order. Then on Thursday I was told that the reason they didn't send it out was because even though my prescription was still valid from my one vet I had another vet on record and it wasn't approved for that vet. I said so my cat sees both, one's a specialist. Plus if you had a problem then the girl should have told me when she placed the order sunday night that there was a problem. Not tell me everything's fine and it'll be sent it out in the morning. Also they should have called me, because I made it very clear that my cat needed this food asap and they can tell by the prescription that it's a food that the cat needs to be on. It's not regular cat food. I feel they weren't taking my cats health very seriously. One of the people I spoke to there - over my multiple phone calls said, well if you would have told us then we would have sent it out and I said well maybe if you would have called me and informed me. I would have known so I could have told you. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this went and the fact that I wasn't even able to talk to a manager higher up. And I never received any notification back from Chewy in response to my complaint. I would not rude. In the initiations of talking to people there, even though I was getting frustrated as the phone calls went on. I was patient and to treat customers that have been with you for years is disrespectful. Plus making my cat wait days for food when I can't just go to the store and get him something equivalent when I had a valid prescription for the food is just wrong.

Horrible product - negative stars if I could

Made my cat horribly sick with nasty gas and liquid diarrhea - followed switch from previous kibble and within two weeks of just this kibble, he had gotten so ill

Made my cat horribly sick with nasty gas and liquid diarrhea - followed switch from previous kibble and within two weeks of just this kibble, he had gotten so ill. No other changes to diet etc. His stomach will never be the same, super sensitive now and can no longer stomach even a lick of any dairy product - he loves yogurt and can no longer have any.

My cat is 11 and has been experiencing tummy troubles/excessive vomiting. I’ve tried so many different foods (sensitive stomach, senior food, low fat, less active speciality foods) without much change or success. This food has hit the spot. She is acting more playful that she has in several years and is so happy! Her coat looks amazing and she’s maintaining her weight perfectly. Highly recommended this food for your cat!

Great for senior cats!

We LOVE this. My cat has arthritis in her TMJs and were struggling to find a crunchy food she could eat since she doesn’t like canned food. This kibble is amazing
