I got this by mistake instead of the mother and baby dry food. I kept it because the kittens were close to 4mo old and needed to switch anyway. They reduced their intake of this one compared to the “mother and baby” flavor. They do consume it slowly though throughout the day and night.

The only issue was that it was shipped in a large box with a small case of wet food (& no packing materials) & the bag broke during transit. We were able to get most of the food out of the box, but it was under the flaps & got everywhere.

I bought this food for the maine coon kittens so that after take home bags of food from breeders was almost gone, I could begin to integrate this food in with their

I bought this food for the maine coon kittens so that after take home bags of food from breeders was almost gone, I could begin to integrate this food in with their regular diets in hopes of switching them over completely to this food, thinking it was a better choice for them.. well it wasn’t !!! The more of this food they ate the looser their stools became until it was basically the foulest smelling diarrhea ever in all 4 maine coon kittens. I have stopped giving this food completely in hopes that their stool will firm back up. Also, after realizing this food was not working out at all, I reached out to one of the breeders of one of our kittens and she said that several people had told her they had the exact same results when trying to feed their maine coon kittens royal canine ,, if I had only known !!
