Poor fill quality. Cheaply made

This bed is horrible. They didn’t even fill the inside completely. I can’t believe Serta would put their name on this.

Terrible quality

I have purchased this bed several times over the years. The quality is nowhere near the same and the center part, where the dog lays, has almost no cushion now

Our 9.5 year old English Bulldog loves these beds. The side bolsters provide a comfortable way for him to prop up his head which helps him breathe more easily.

Although my dog loves the shape, the quality is questionable. The memory foam is lumpy and in a bunch of pieces. I expected one piece of memory foam. Lilly sat in it for about a minute and then walked away. It’s really lumpy and bumpy. I will be returning this tomorrow. Disappointing.
